One of the accused drug dealers busted in the Rockland County drug raid has a prior rap sheet.
Authorities say Meaghan White, of Valley Cottage, is charged with conspiracy in connection with a drug ring that sold oxycodone and heroin at malls and hotels. White is among 29 suspected drug dealers busted in an 11-month operation.
Police say in addition to the latest charges White is facing, she was also convicted of raping a student while she was a teacher at Leake and Watts school in Yonkers in 2013.
The district attorney says the ring was selling the drugs at a number of places, including the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack. The group is also alleged to have made sales at local motels, the Mount Ivy trailer park and in the vicinity of The Shops at Nanuet.
Officials say Victor Esteban was the ring leader of a group that conspired to sell more than 50,000 oxycodone tablets, worth more than $1 million, in and around Rockland.
Authorities are still looking for seven more people believed to be part of the drug ring.
