The WalletHub survey listed a total of 200 of the largest cities in the country.

New York City got the top spot locally at No. 5. Yonkers came in at 31.
Buffalo was ranked No. 9, Syracuse at No. 15, and Rochester came in at No. 44.
The website says it came up with the rankings by using 15 key data points, from Irish pubs and restaurants per capita, to the lowest price for a three-star hotel on St. Patrick's Day, to the weather forecast.
