SUNY Cortland requires students and staff to wear mask effective immediately

Some SUNY schools in the Hudson Valley are heeding Gov. Andrew Cuomo's advice on taking action in response to the spike in COVID cases.
SUNY Cortland announced today that, effective immediately, all students and staff members are required to wear face coverings indoors regardless of vaccination status.
The directive includes classrooms and offices, as well as residence and dining halls.
All SUNY campuses will require all in-person students to be vaccinated against COVID-19 before returning to campus this fall.
