News 12 has learned that a third passenger has died as a result of Monday's crash in Ramapo.
Police say 20-year-old Tzipora Deutsch from New Square has died.
As News 12 has reported, 42-year-old Robert Deutsch and 22-year-old Shloma Binhack - both of New Square - also died.
All three were passengers in a van thatstruck a tree near New Hempstead Road.
The driver, 69-year-old Jean Tondreau, has been released from the hospital.
Seven others remain hospitalized with serious injuries.
Police say 11 people in total were in the van.
