The stormy weather caused headaches for travelers at the start of the holiday weekend.
Westchester County Airport has reported numerous flight cancellations and delays in the past two days.
Airport officials say as many as 37 arrivals and 22 departures were canceled on Thursday.
A lot of flights have also been diverted to John F. Kennedy International or Stewart International airports. Some have elected to try to operate tomorrow.
Also contributing to the delays at Westchester County Airport was repair work being done on antennas. The antennas relay landing information to the pilots.
