A second round of storms slammed Westchester Thursday while the county was still dealing with the aftermath of Wednesday?s downpour.
Peekskill residents say flooding in the shopping center on Welcher Avenue occurs all too often. A small lake of water pooled around several stores, making it difficult for customers to gain entry. Others say the fast-moving rainstorms are making life hard for them in general.
There are still Con Edison customers without power in the county. The promise of more storms rolling through Westchester has residents with power worrying about outages.
