Storm Watch: Heavy rain, damaging winds, flooding possible during Sunday storm

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Krystal Ellis says the worst of the storm will come Sunday night through predawn Monday. One to three inches of rain is likely. Some areas may see totals beyond 3 inches.
OVERNIGHT: Mostly cloudy with patchy fog overnight and lows near 39. Light south winds.
SUNDAY: Mild and cloudy to start with showers developing by the afternoon. Southerly winds gradually increasing throughout the day and gusting up to 35 mph by the afternoon. Highs near 59.
SUNDAY NIGHT: Steady to moderate rain with areas of heavy rain that could lead to flooding especially late Sunday night, overnight and into early Monday. Damaging winds between 15-30 mph with damaging gusts possible between 30-45 mph. Lows near 39. 
MONDAY: Mild to start with breezy showers tapering off by late morning. Skies will improve as blustery and cold northwest winds filter in much colder air. Highs near 45. Lows near 27.
TUESDAY: Sunny with highs near 43. Lows near 30.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny with highs near 42. Lows near 27. 
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny with highs near 41. Lows near 27.
