AIR QUALITY ALERT:
The National Weather Service has issued an air quality alert for 12 a.m. tonight to 12 a.m. Thursday due to Canadian wildfire smoke and warm surface temperatures, elevating pollutants to be greater than the air quality index value of 100 during the time frame listed.
It will be a clear, calm and mild night across New York City.
Tomorrow, there is a chance for record-breaking temperatures. The record is 93 degrees at Central Park. We are going to come very close to it tomorrow if we have no clouds by 3 p.m. If we have some clouds, we will likely reach the upper 80s.
Friday will be another warm and muggy day, with a chance of a rogue thunderstorms during the afternoon/evening.
Saturday will be our eighth Saturday in a row for seeing at least a trace of rain. An isolated thundershower is possible during the afternoon. Father's Day will be mostly cloudy and mild, with leftover showers.

Thursday: Sunshine with haze, hot and slightly humid. Highs near 90. Lows near 70.
Friday: Sun, clouds, warm and noticeably humid. Chance of an isolated afternoon storm. Highs near 83. Lows near 66.

Sunday: Peeks of sun and below seasonable. Chance of showers. Highs near 72. Lows near 60.
