Halloween is getting a bit spookier in Stony Point where a couple's home has been featured on national TV for reportedly being haunted.

The homeowners were featured on Dr. Oz in February to talk about their experiences after moving to Bulsontown Road in 2012.

The couple says two people died in the house during a violent dispute in the 80s and that every year, around the same time, strange things happen. "I just wanted to share, thinking nothing would come of it. But I did get called on the show and I was happy to share my story," says Vera Vursta, of Stony Point.

Trick-or-treaters beware, the couple says this happens to be a time of year when hauntings there are on the rise.
