State police say a school employee is accused of abusing a student in North Salem earlier this month.
They say a 60-year-old Carmen Santiago-Osorio kicked a child at the Westchester Exceptional Children School back on Aug. 2.
Santiago-Osorio was arrested six days later.
She has since been charged with endangering the welfare of a physically disabled person.
News 12 reached out to school for comment but have yet to hear back.
