State police say a 2021 Kia was traveling on Route 6 in Woodbury when it rear-ended a second car Wednesday afternoon.

State police revealed Thursday what caused a deadly accident that involved four cars in Orange County.
State police say a 2021 Kia was traveling on Route 6 in Woodbury when it rear-ended a second car Wednesday afternoon.
The 2021 Kia then crossed over the double yellow line and struck a third vehicle.
A fourth vehicle that was also traveling on the roadway was subsequently struck as a result.
Officials say the passenger in the Kia was killed in the accident.
