A doctor behind a hepatitis scare in the Hudson Valley gets probation.
The state medical board says Dr. Timothy Morley did not follow infection-control guidelines causing five patients at his Tomorrow Medicine clinics to contract Hepatitis C, a deadly blood-borne disease.
Morley has not admitted to any wrongdoing.
His 36-month probation is part of several restrictions placed on his medical license.
All three of his clinic locations are now closed.
