State AG releases bodycam footage of officers fatally beating inmate at Oneida correctional facility

The State Attorney General released bodycam video Friday of officers beating an inmate to death at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida.
Footage of the incident on Dec. 9 shows inmate Robert Brooks handcuffed on a medical table while the officers repeatedly punch and kick him.
Brooks died the following day, according to authorities.
