Spring Hill Ambulance Corps in Spring Valley showed off its updated fleet as part of National EMS Week.
Six of its ambulances are now equipped with CPR devices that allow for hands-free compression.
It also has hydraulic stretchers that lift up to 700 pounds at the touch of a button.
Officials say the updates will be better for patients, as well as the safety of the EMS crew during transport.
Spring Hill responds to about 5,500 emergency calls every year.
