Rain is drenching the Hudson Valley to end the work week.
Moderate rain will continue throughout Friday night. The rain will be heavy at times, dropping about 0.5 to 1 inch in the area.
The rain will be the heaviest overnight, starting around midnight. The bulk of the showers will move out east by Saturday morning.
After some scattered showers in the morning, the rest of Saturday is expected to bring mainly sunny skies with highs around 62 degrees.
Localized flooding is possible in some areas.
