Law enforcement from Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties will be participating. Officials say runners will be in the area of Broad Street Bridge to Gramatan Avenue then heading north into Bronxville.
Minimal traffic delays are expected from 9:15 until 9:40 a.m.
