Parishioners in Catholic churches throughout the Hudson Valley could find out as early as this weekend whether their church will merge or close.
Approximately 50 churches will be affected as part of the archdiocese's restructuring plan called "Making All Things New."
The names of the parishes have not yet been released.
Church leaders will notify the pastors or administrators, who will then tell the congregation.
