The teenager charged with stabbing another teen to death in Sleepy Hollow appeared in court again on Monday.

Berinzon Moronta, 16, is charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of 17-year-old Tahj Robinson. Police say the teens got into a fight at a park two weeks ago when Robinson was stabbed.

Moronta was briefly arraigned Monday, and was taken back to jail after prosecutors said they will bring his case to a grand jury.

Last Friday, Robinson's family hosted a vigil in his memory.
