The rain didn't stop Westchester residents from buying last-minute Christmas gifts.
Many residents decided to shop today due to sales still going on and extended hours.
Jose Florian and his girlfriend chose today to start their Christmas shopping.
"I'd rather get up early, get it out the way in just one day instead of spreading it throughout Black Friday," he said. "Just doing it today."
