A new rental complex in Rockland County is offering luxurious living and is attracting similar, high-end businesses to the downtown.

The Sheldon at Suffern Station features a clubhouse, a state-of-the art gym and a well-polished lobby &ndash; and is just steps away from the Suffern train station. Developer Joshua Goldstein says there's nothing like it anywhere else in Rockland County. The 92-unit luxury rental complex off Orange Avenue is already 45% leased out after opening last month, filled mostly by millennials and empty nesters. Rent for a two bedroom starts at $2,300 per month. Developers say that's comparable for the area, even though the building is brand-new and has a lot more amenities. And they say the rent is significantly cheaper than the competition - similar luxury complexes down the Pasquack Valley line in New Jersey. Goldstein says he expects every apartment in the Sheldon to be leased by this fall.

And we remain on storm watch because we are getting ready for things to change a lot heading into tomorrow. Meteorologist Crystal Ellis is here. So, Crystal, what do we need to know about the timing of what's heading our way? It's gonna be the afternoon is when things really start to ramp up and into the evening hours and especially the late overnight hours. So as we look at our planner overnight tonight, we're just dealing with some patchy fog throughout the area that's gonna to diminish the visibility just a bit as we look towards Sunday, we'll have scattered showers around in the morning, the rain and wind will pick up especially in the afternoon and especially by Sunday night, that's when we will have some heavy heavier rain, more steady and widespread and the stronger winds will be around as well. So definitely not the most pleasant end to your weekend. Let's take a look at it on the future cast. Here we are tomorrow morning, those winds between 515 MPH, not a big deal until we get into the late morning afternoon and again into the nighttime hours. So scattered showers around. Although there's some pockets of heavy downpours in the late morning hours and into the afternoon. So more scattered, more steady to widespread rain picks up in the afternoon. And then the heavy downpours really get widespread as we step into tomorrow night and the evening and check out these wind gusts around 11 pm, 31 MPH in New City, 26 New Yorktown Heights. So we're definitely going to be feeling the wind and the wet weather could lead to flooding. Maybe some power outages. Definitely, some tree limbs could be brought down with that wind. As we look at the backside of the storm. By Monday morning, we'll have wraparound showers and the winds will still be around. We could even see some wet snowflakes sneaking in as that northwest wind flow brings in colder air. So for the second half of your Monday, we'll clear things out. It's going to stay pretty blustery out there though. Again, Monday afternoon will be about 25 mile per hour wind gusts. Let's check out this 10 day forecast.
