Friends and loved ones attended funeral services Saturday for a Warwick man killed by a hit-and-run driver two weeks ago.
Jamal Morris, 27, was in Philadelphia when a driver slammed into his bicycle and did not stop. He was studying at nearby Drexel University.
"I loved the sound of his voice. He always made people laugh and smile and he just wasn't a person of pride or resentment. He was a person that only had time for love," said his mother, Channabel Latham-Morris.
Family and friends used the service at Union AME Church in Warwick to ask the killer to come forward.
No arrests have been made.
