A Dutchess County school employee is facing criminal charges following allegations of inappropriate behavior involving students.

Robert Sinascalchi, 68, was arrested Tuesday, according to the county sheriff.

News 12 first reported on the allegations at Arlington High School last month. A parent told the station that Sinascalchi had been commenting on girls' bodies and giving them gifts.

He is charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.
