A Scarsdale man has been charged with causing a deadly wrong-way crash on I-684 over the weekend.
Police say 23-year-old Zachary Tokson was driving the wrong way on I-684 in Bedford when he crashed head-on into 64-year-old Elena Lopez, of Mount Kisco.
Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are working to find out if alcohol was involved in the deadly crash.
