A Mount Kisco man is facing charges after police say he raped a toddler.
Police arrested Sabino Serech, 36, for the alleged rape of a 4-year-old girl on May 29. Detectives were able to locate Serech after tracing his DNA.
Serech was arraigned Saturday and is being held at the Westchester County Jail without bail.
He is due back in village court on Thursday.
