Rosie O'Donnell says she's frightened and concerned that her 17 year-old daughter Chelsea was with alleged heroin dealer she met on Tinder.
Sgt. Daniel Wilson, of the South Nyack Police Department, says Chelsea O'Donnell left her home Aug. 11 and was reported missing to police Aug. 16. Law enforcement says they found Chelsea in Barnegat, New Jersey at the home of Steve Sheerer, and says she willingly left with authorities.
On her social media account, O'Donnell tweeted a link to an article about Sheerer, who was 22 at the time, having been arrested in 2012 for possessing heroin with intent to distribute and child endangerment.
O'Donnell says her daughter had not been taking needed medication. Her mother's spokeswoman says Chelsea suffers from mental illness.
Police say Chelsea declined medical attention. They say they are still looking into the incident.
