Police say a driver left the scene of a car crash in Nanuet this morning that left his vehicle flipped onto its roof and a utility pole cracked in half.
The incident happened around 7:30 a.m. on Pipetown Hill Road.
Crews on scene confirmed that there were no power outages caused by the crash.
According to police officials, a male was driving the vehicle and left the scene. He was later found and taken to a hospital for observation.
It was not immediately clear what caused the crash or if the driver will be charged with any crimes.
