The first recreational cannabis dispensary in Rockland County officially opened on Thurdsay.

Treehouse Cannabis is on Route 59 across from the Midas automotive service center in Nyack.

The owners said they have made more than 1,000 since starting online sales in January.

"This absolutely feels outstanding. I feel so blessed to have an opportunity to be the first recreational dispensary in Rockland County. I love being a part of the Village of Nyack," said owner Seth Marks.

The shop is open until 9 p.m. on Monday to Thursday and 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The store closes at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
