A Rockland County man has been indicted on charges including kidnapping, strangulation, and assault.

Prosecutors say Marcos Seda pushed his girlfriend to the ground, hit her multiple times in the face, and kicked her out of a house in West Haverstraw last month.

The incident led to a police chase. Authorities say Seda crashed his car, barricaded himself inside, and threatened to shoot himself.

The 41-year-old eventually surrendered.
