A Queens man has been indicted on charges of attempting to meet a minor for sex after engaging in sexually explicit online communication with an undercover investigator posing as a 15-year-old girl.
The Rockland County District Attorney's Office announced that Jose Quizhpi, 48, exchanged numerous sexually explicit messages, photographs, and videos with the undercover investigator.
Quizhpi allegedly arranged to meet the "girl" at a Clarkstown movie theater, where he was subsequently arrested.
He faces multiple felony charges, including attempted sexual abuse and disseminating indecent material to a minor.
