Two Rockland County chefs are set to appear on two different popular cooking shows next week.
Tara Ciannella, a private chef, and caterer at Tara’s Italian Cucina, will star on the newest season of Hell’s Kitchen. Chris Holland, of the eatery Kantina, will be competing on Guy’s Grocery Games.
"Amazing,” Cianella told News 12. “Terrifying. And to have your idol, Gordon Ramsey looking at you?”
"I mean I was pushed beyond my limits that's for sure,” she added. “And that's what the best part of the show is about, is that, if you're so comfortable here and you're not wanting to go past your comfort zone.”
As for Holland, a three-time Food Network “Chopped” champion, this latest appearance will mark his second time being seen across the country. He was just on the network’s show Alex vs. America earlier this month.
“I really love to represent the suburbs and show the rest of the country that we have something to offer too,” he said.
Hell's Kitchen premieres on Sept. 29 at 8 p.m. Guy's Grocery Games airs on Sept. 28 at 8 p.m.
