The two-time Grammy Award winner is best known as a founding member of The Moody Blues and Paul McCartney’s post-Beatles band, WINGS.
Laine will be playing in an intimate “Songs and Stories” acoustic show at the City Winery in Montgomery Wednesday night.
News 12 talked to the singer-songwriter today, who said he’s excited to perform again in the U.S. after taking a few years off during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"I get to play songs that I’ve written myself and written with Paul, and it’s just great with a small crowd. I love it," said Laine.
Laine most recently performed in Nashville and says he has six more stops planned.
