People in Westchester lined up for preventative hepatitis vaccinations Saturday after another exposure in the county.
The free vaccines were given at a clinic at 134 Court St. in White Plains.
The Westchester County Department of Health sounded the alarm of another hepatitis A scare in the county Friday. This time, the exposure happened at the Sleepy Hollow Country Club.
Health officials say an employee who works in the grill room had become infected by someone in the recent outbreak at Bartaco restaurant in Port Chester, where five people came down with the illness.
Residents who either ate or drank at the country club between Oct. 27 and Nov. 4 are being warned to get preventative vaccines.
So far this year, there have been 10 cases of hepatitis A reported in Westchester. Last year, there was a total of six.
