Eastchester veterans held a remembrance ceremony marking 84 years since the Pearl Harbor attack.

Attendees gathered at Town Hall Sunday morning to participate in the event.

The Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor killed more than 2,300 troops and catapulted the United States into World War II. According to the Associated Press there are 12 survivors still alive - all of which are centenarians.
