Embattled comic Bill Cosby is scheduled to perform at the Tarrytown Music Hall next week.
While the show much go on, ticket holders can now ask for refunds.
As rape accusations against Cosby mount, the music hall was unable to cancel the show and risked a huge financial hit to its programs and staff.
News 12 has learned Cosby's management is now offering refunds to ticket holders who want them.
The show, entitled "Far From Finished," has two performances scheduled for next Saturday.
