Record cold temperatures were recorded across the Hudson Valley Tuesday.
News 12 meteorologists say that wind chill temperatures were below zero in many areas to start the day, but temperatures will warm up to a high of 40 on Wednesday.
While many people were out buying winter wear to deal with the cold snap, others said the cold weather is all right with them.
"I love it, it's like living in a freezer, I love it, I like it," said Ramona McCausland, of Yonkers.
