National Exercise Day and it’s time to break a sweat and get moving!

Exercise Day is celebrated on April 18 every year and it’s a day to encourage
everyone to participate in physical activities.

Rebel Yoga of
Thornwood, who say they hope they day will inspire people to renew their
fitness goals and make positive changes in their lives to stay healthy.
