The NHL is officially back after a four-month hiatus because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Rangers hit the ice Monday in Tarrytown for the team's first full practice since mid-March.
The Blue Shirts will face the Carolina Hurricanes in a playoff play-in series in a few weeks.
While the players expressed excitement of being back on the ice, they did have reservations leading up to Monday.
The play-in series will be held in Toronto with no fans.
