Police say that three years ago, 19-year-old Nicholas Jasiel, from Nanuet, was shot and killed.
They say it happened around 9 p.m. on Dwight Avenue in Hillcrest after a confrontation.
A year after his death, police said they were following several leads.
Ramapo police want to hear from anyone who may have information. Calls can stay anonymous.
