Ramapo police are looking for a man accused of slashing his girlfriend on Christmas morning inside a home on Ibeck Court in Hillcrest.
They say she needed stitches and that he is facing an assault and weapons charge.
Police are not releasing a photo of the suspect but say he is a 37-year-old Hispanic man from Hillcrest.
They add there is no threat to the public.
