Rains cancels Armonk's Frosty Parade again, tree lighting ceremony still on
Last Sunday's parade was postponed because of rain, and officials hoped Frosty would come back this Saturday.

Last Sunday's parade was postponed because of rain, and officials hoped Frosty would come back this Saturday.
But with rain in the forecast for Saturday morning, it was decided to cancel the parade.
The planning committee says the lighting ceremony is still on.
It kicks off Saturday at Wampus Brook Park at 4:30 p.m. Limited indoor activities are still taking place.
