Raid seizes large quantities of fentanyl and crack cocaine, 4 Poughkeepsie men arrested

Phillip Stephens is facing charges that include criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm and criminal possession of a control substance.

A raid by the Dutchess County Drug Task Force yielded a large quantity of fentanyl and crack cocaine, as well as the arrest of four Poughkeepsie men.

Phillip Stephens is facing charges that include criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm and criminal possession of a control substance.

The three others who were arrested had felony warrants.

Stephens is being held by the Drug Task Force pending his arrangement in City Court. All other suspects were turned over to the agencies that held the warrants of arrest.
