The oldest living resident in Putnam Valley is getting recognized by town officials.

Today is officially Florence Clifton Day following a unanimous vote. Clifton will turn 105 on Tuesday.

Clifton's family held a fire truck parade this weekend to celebrate her big day and all her contributions to the community throughout her many years.

Clifton was presented with a proclamation signed by the entire town.
