Carmel High School closed Tuesday morning after a threat was made.
The Putnam County Sheriff says the school received the threat via a phone call.
At this time, there is no information to indicate that the threat is credible.
Out of an abundance of caution, Carmel High School administration has closed the school Tuesday.
The school was already on a two-hour delay this morning following this weekend’s snowstorm.
A large police presence remains in and around the school while the investigation continues.
