34ds agoA Putnam County man, Mark Kuhn of Patterson, has admitted to illegally trapping squirrels on his property and abusing them.
Police from the SPCA unit report that Kuhn allegedly spray-painted the squirrels in metal cages and released them at another location.
Kuhn faces charges for poisoning or attempting to poison animals.
The 62-year-old was already on probation for another unrelated crime.
