A puppy that cost $1,300 was stolen from a pet store in Mohegan Lake Saturday afternoon.
The theft took place at the American Breeders store on East Main Street around 1:30 p.m.
Surveillance video from inside the store shows a girl putting the dog under her sweatshirt before leaving the store without paying.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
