An Orange County psychiatrist appeared in federal court Friday over his accused role in the death of a Yonkers teacher.
Officials say Doctor Alfred Ramirez who practiced in Middletown is charged with selling thousands of oxycodone pills.
They say he did this with help from an accomplice for cash.
Investigators say those pills led to the death of Yonkers teacher Daren Gadusek last March.
