Protesters rallied outside of Ramapo Town Hall Saturday, calling for the resignation of embattled Town Supervisor Christopher St. Lawrence.
So far, St. Lawrence has been showing up to work daily, seemingly unfazed by the federal fraud and corruption charges he's facing.
The town supervisor allegedly lied about Ramapo's finances and used millions in taxpayer dollars to fund Provident Bank Bark. He has pleaded not guilty.
St. Lawrence stepped down Tuesday from his unpaid roles as chairman of the Rockland County Sewer and Solid Waste Management Authority.
Protesters are expected to gather again outside Ramapo Town Hall to call for St. Lawrence's resignation on Thursday.
