The Westchester Parks Foundation officially unveiled its first all-terrain track chair program called WFP Trails Without limits.
It allows individuals living with paralysis, cerebral palsy and other disabilities the opportunity to use all-terrain track chairs that can be used on dirt trails, mud, sand and grass.
The track chairs will be available for free on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at Saxon Woods Park, and then rotated around the county.
