Power back in New Rochelle after transformer explosion

Nearly 4,000 customers were without power after a transformer explosion in New Rochelle this morning.
Con Edison officials say the explosion occurred at around 11 a.m. near the corner of Leland Avenue and Pelham Road.
Traffic lights were out throughout the city while utility crews repaired the transformer.
No injuries have been reported.
