Poughkeepsie man arrested, charged with trespassing multiple times this month

Dean was first arrested in the Poughkeepsie Plaza bathroom on Jan. 23 after previously being accused of trespassing.

Ashton Dean, a Poughkeepsie man, was arrested multiple times this month for trespassing.
Dean was first arrested in the Poughkeepsie Plaza bathroom on Jan. 23 after previously being accused of trespassing.
He was charged with criminal trespass, burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief in a past burglary at the South Road Tobacco King on Jan. 9. Dean was arraigned and released on probation.
Dean was arrested again this past Friday for allegedly trespassing at Stop and Shop on South Road.
He was charged with criminal trespass and obstructing governmental administration.
Dean was arraigned once again and sent to the Dutchess County Jail. He is scheduled to reappear in court at a later date.
